can a guy play with a ladies set of golf woods? i.e. wilson cup defender?
i am a new beginner golfer and i bought these this past weekend for $5 i got the 1,3, and 5 though they dont say patty berg anywhere on them. i just dont want to be laughed off the course.
That’s not a bad idea… a lot more guys could play a lot better if they were using equipment that was easier to hit… but most guys are too stubborn and too "manly" and they think they’re all BA until they get outdriven by a 14 yr old =)

I suggest go to the driving range before you actually try to play a round. You can play with whatever you want but ladies clubs are shorter than mens clubs and the shafts are very whippy, which could be an advantage for a beginner such as yourself.

Don’t waste your time, you’ll know they’re ladies clubs. I won’t even hit a ladies ball, step up and play with the men.
