Were you as disappointed as my b/f to find that Sky TV Sports 1 ‘USA live womens open’ is about golf?

I was, and pass on my condolences to your boyfriend. Similarly, I was very let down to find that "Game of Thrones" was not about cottaging

Has anyone heard of ladies’ Lynx golf clubs and are they any good?

Lynx clubs have been around a long time. Fred Couples won the Masters playing them in 1992. Ernie Els, Ben Crenshaw, and Payne Stewart all won big events with them as well. They’re not a top of the line brand that pros play anymore, and are more focussed on value clubs and complete sets. My daughter plays with a set of lynx clubs and I think they’re great. I’ve actually hit them and they perform well. Go for it, they’re very good clubs for the price.

Are good golf clubs worth it?

I am 6’2, and i have ladies golf clubs which are years old and unbranded. Is it worth getting a good size and brand clubs, and should it help my performance? Thanks

There’s lots of good answers here…but so much of golf is mental. If you really feel confident in looking down @ a non branded driver, (and assuming you have some degree of skill already) then you’ll hit it well. I think though that any issues you have after the sale on non branded product will not be handled as well as with a branded product. Which that means if you crack a shaft on a department store driver, you’re going to be hosed versus doing the same with say a Callaway driver. Made in the same foundries yes….same quality of materials, no. Good luck!

What are some good golf clubs?

I want a good pair of golf clubs, but they cant cost too much. i cant go higher than $200 but i want a good full set of womens clubs.

your not going to get a very good set for $200 thats about the cheapest you could get. but ram makes clubs around that range so that would be you best bet because they make the best clubs for the lowest price

Which golf clubs is suitable for the lady?

I know, we don’t choose a golf clubs at random. For women, what type of golf clubs is fit for them?

Golf clubs are androgenous. They don’t care if you’re male, female, handicapped, stout, young or old.

The "off the rack" clubs only fit 10% of the male golfing population. I’m willing to bet "women-specific" off the rack clubs would have a worse percentage. Studies have shown that some "L" flexes have CPM’d (stiffness measurement) anywhere from softer than "L" to even "X"… in the same set! It’s a disservice: they make them too long, with (generally) too little loft, with no attention to detail. (sarcasm alert) But, you get a pretty foo-foo houndstooth paintscheme on the heads and shafts, so that makes it worth it. (sarcasm over)

Do yourself a favor and see a clubfitter. S/He’ll measure you, have you hit test and do all the things necessary to get you into the best possible clubs/set makeup for your needs. They’ll make sure the length, loft, lie, shaft flex, grip size (another variable that’s never considered), total weight and swing weight (how heavy the head feels) are matched perfectly to your body type and swing mechanics. Go that route, and you won’t regret it.

difference ladies clubs & petite?

what is the difference between a regular ladies golf club and a ladies petite golf club?

wrong category but the petite ones are smaller but dont buy an off the rack club cause it will be really junky and you will end up paying more money when it breaks anyways.
