Lasts nights session was brilliant. Lots of questions and I think we could have gone on for some time. I have to admit, I don't normally eat much on the course but do recognise the fatigue setting in at later holes. I will definitely be thinking about how I can improve that.

Joe Wicks becomes John Wicks! Or something like that. there are already other instructors and sites giving interactive sessions. BUT they all charge and most of it is pre-recorded.

Hey Nisha - not knee problem but I have had back problems since 2016 which has seen me have one operation already and I'm due another one (sometime after lockdown). The only advice I can share is to ensure that you have pain killers before you golf and during - 4 hours goes really quick and by the time you are at the end of your round is probably when the pain will kick in. Aside from supports/strapping, a hot bath as soon as I get home also helps.

I used to holiday in Filey with my family when I was a kid. Very happy memories and would love to get back there one day. will put it on the list for next year.

Hi I'm Karla, I'm 41 and live in Stafford. I have been playing golf since 2013 but because of back issues don't get to play as much as I'd like and I've only managed to get my handicap to about 28 on a good day. I joined the group because I want to connect with other ladies who play golf and know about some of the trips and away days that take place. And I'd really like to know about some good courses, potentially for weekends away. Nice to meet you all!
