In this session we will be focusing on to achieve more consistent strikes on the ball by checking in on 3 key areas: - Do you have a solid set up with good fundamentals - Do you stay centered through the swing without swaying - Do you stay in posture - Do your wrists work efficiently Throughout the class we will work these 4 zones and everyone will get a very consistent strike as a consequence.
