Service Description

Do you sometimes have too many thoughts over the ball? This often leads to overthinking and not committing to the swing. In this session we will be focusing on exactly what YOU should be thinking and routines which can really help keep the mind clear over the ball. We will also work with each lady to find out exactly what the best thought is to take out on the course to deliver a consistent strike throughout the round. Ben will be sharing his pre shot routine & the importance of this consistency!
