When do the wrists activate throughout the swing? If utilised correctly the wrists can be extremely powerful in the golf swing for short shots and full shots. This session we will breaking down exactly when the wrists should be used and at what stage of the swing for all distances. This will really improve the contact of all your shots! We will also be recommending what golf balls are excellent to use throughout the summer to generate more control.
