When do the wrists activate throughout the swing? If utilised correctly the wrists can be extremely powerful in the golf swing for short shots and full shots. This session we will breaking down exactly when the wrists should be used and at what stage of the swing for all distances. We will also be recommending what golf balls are excellent to use throughout the winter and what key things you should look out for when selecting your golf balls.
