WOMEN'S GOLF SCHOOL- 1 DAY CLASS

LLG have designed a full day coaching experience for women designed to really help you take your game to the next level under the watchful eye of 3 expert PGA instructors. The host venue will be Vale Royal Abbey with your coaches for the day; John Cheetham (LLG Director), Head Professional at Vale Royal Abbey Ben Derbyshire and Putting Specialist Coach Scott Anderson. If you want to experience an immersive day of coaching then here's what you can expect from the day:

9.30am- Coffee on arrival, meet the coaching team and receive your training plan for the day.

10am-12.30pm: Coaching; Putting, Full Swing & Short Game.

Putting with Scott

Scott Anderson is a putting specialist coach who has some incredible insights into this crucial part of the game. Scott will be covering some superb content on set up, eye line and pace control which will then lead into breaking putts and how you can best judge these curves on the green. Scott will be using Capto Golf to give each lady some personalised advice on your putting stroke and how you can quickly improve this key part of the game.

Increase tee shot distance with Ben

Ben Derbyshire will be helping you unlock those extra few yards off the tee. Ben will be covering some superb content on driver set up, launch angle and swing technique all leading to an increase in your ball speed and distance. Ben will also use the launch monitor to give you some valuable data insights into your swing from the tee and recommend some useful drills to incorporate this into your practice time.

Sharpen your short game with John

John Cheetham will be taking you through some great short game skills testing focusing on your bunker play and chipping. John will be covering some fantastic content on how to establish a repeatable and reliable technique for both bunker play and chipping also covering club selection from different lies around the green. These newly designed LLG skills tests are also a great way to practice your short game and monitor progress.

12.45pm-1.30pm; Lunch

1.45pm-4.45pm: On Course Coaching

For the afternoon we will be playing 9-11 holes on the fabulous Vale Royal Abbey Golf Course. All 3 coaches willl be out on the course covering these key areas:

- Course management; how to avoid penalty areas and bunkers

- Club selection; Understanding your distances and ball flight on the course

- Alignment & Strategy; How to approach the greens with accuracy

- Putting; Implementing your putting feedback and green reading skills out on the course

We will also be having some challenges and team contests out on the course with prizes up for grabs.

5pm: Prize Presentation

Your coaching team for the day has a combined experience of over 35 years and are looking forward to helping you develop all aspects of the game with this full-day coaching experience!

* This day camp is ideal for any women with a handicap, playing regular golf and keen to take their game to the next level. Price includes coaching, range balls, food/drink, green fee, practice plans & prizes.
