Refund Policy

Coaching Sessions

1.1 No Refunds for Missed Sessions: Ladies Love Golf does not offer refunds for missed coaching sessions. When you book a session, you are reserving a place that could have been sold to another customer, and our coaches prepare for the specific number of attendees.

1.2 Cancellations by Ladies Love Golf: If Ladies Love Golf cancels a coaching session for any reason, you will receive a full credit to your account which can be used for future coaching sessions.

1.3 Weather Conditions: Sessions will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the coach. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather if the session proceeds.

Membership Fees

2.1 Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed any digital content or attended any coaching sessions during this period.

2.2 Membership Cancellation: After the cooling-off period, no refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods if you choose to cancel your membership.

2.3 Automatic Renewal: All memberships will automatically renew at the current rate unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. No refunds will be provided if you fail to cancel before the renewal date.

UK Events

3.1 Deposits: All deposits for UK events are non-refundable.

3.2 Full Payments: Once full payment has been made for a UK event:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may receive a 50% refund of the amount paid (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund.

3.3 Transfer of Booking: Transfer of deposit or payment funds to an alternative UK event may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Ladies Love Golf.

Overseas Events

4.1 Deposits: All deposits for overseas events are non-refundable.

4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment schedules for overseas events will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payments by the specified dates may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of all monies paid.

4.3 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure may receive a 50% refund of amounts paid (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations made 60-90 days before departure may receive a 25% refund of amounts paid (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations made less than 60 days before departure are not eligible for any refund.

4.4 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage. Ladies Love Golf cannot provide refunds outside of the above policy even in cases of illness, injury, or other personal circumstances.

Digital Content

5.1 Digital Memberships: Due to the immediate access to digital content, no refunds will be provided for digital membership fees except during the 14-day cooling-off period, and only if no content has been accessed.

5.2 Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues accessing our digital content that cannot be resolved by our customer service team, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund or account credit.

Force Majeure

6.1 Ladies Love Golf reserves the right to cancel any coaching session, UK event, or overseas event due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government action, pandemic, or other public health emergency).

6.2 In such cases, Ladies Love Golf will endeavour to offer an alternative date or event. If no suitable alternative can be provided, we may issue account credits at our discretion. Cash refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to force majeure circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

7.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ladieslovegolf.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, booking reference, and reason for requesting a refund.

7.2 Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

7.3 Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Changes to This Policy

8.1 Ladies Love Golf reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
