1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ladies Love Golf website, digital content, group coaching sessions, and events (UK and overseas).
1.2 By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, attending group sessions, or booking events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 Ladies Love Golf reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
2. Group Coaching Sessions
2.1 Booking is essential for all group coaching sessions and is subject to availability.
2.2 Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your place.
2.3 Sessions will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the coach, in which case sessions may be postponed or cancelled.
2.4 Ladies Love Golf reserves the right to change the content, time, date or venue of any session with reasonable notice.
2.5 No refunds will be given for missed coaching sessions. When you book a place, you remove the ability for Ladies Love Golf to sell that space to someone else.
2.6 Members must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time. Latecomers may be refused entry at the coach's discretion.
2.7 Ladies Love Golf cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage to personal property during sessions.
2.8 All participants must adhere to the dress code and safety guidelines of the host facility.
2.9 Ladies Love Golf does not own the facilities where coaching sessions take place. Any complaints regarding the facilities should be directed to the facility management.
3. Digital Content
3.1 All digital content, including but not limited to videos, tutorials, graphics, and written material, is the intellectual property of Ladies Love Golf.
3.2 Your membership grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view our digital content for personal, non-commercial use only.
3.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content for any other purposes without our prior written consent.
3.4 Sharing account details or allowing others to access digital content through your membership is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
3.5 Ladies Love Golf reserves the right to modify, update, or remove digital content at any time without notice.
4. Events (UK and Overseas)
4.1 All bookings for events are subject to availability and confirmation.
4.2 Deposits for events are non-refundable. Transfer of deposit funds to alternative events may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Ladies Love Golf's sole discretion.
4.3 Final payment dates will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the specified date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
4.4 Ladies Love Golf strongly recommends that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential losses related to flights, health issues, trip cancellations, or personal property.
4.5 Ladies Love Golf cannot accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses resulting from delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather, strikes, wars, acts of God, or other causes beyond our control.
4.6 Ladies Love Golf does not provide transport to UK or overseas trips. Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from event locations.
4.7 Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and meet all health requirements for overseas events.
4.7 Ladies Love Golf reserves the right to make changes to any event itinerary, facilities, or services if necessary. We will endeavour to notify participants of significant changes before departure.
4.8 Participants must adhere to the Ladies Love Golf code of conduct during all events. Inappropriate behaviour may result in exclusion from activities without refund.
5. Memberships and Payment
5.1 Membership fees and benefits are as advertised on our website at the time of purchase.
5.2 All memberships will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
5.3 No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
5.4 Ladies Love Golf reserves the right to change membership fees and benefits with reasonable notice.
5.5 Loyalty points have no cash value and may be redeemed only against eligible products and services as specified by Ladies Love Golf.
5.6 Ladies Love Golf is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with discounts and benefits provided by our partners. These offers are provided by third parties and Ladies Love Golf does not guarantee their quality, availability, or suitability.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Ladies Love Golf will collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
6.2 By providing your personal information, you consent to us processing it for the purposes of providing our services and communicating with you.
6.3 By providing your email address, you are providing Ladies Love Golf with legitimate interest to send you news, updates, and marketing communications from Ladies Love Golf and our approved partners. You also agree that your email may be shared with our approved partners for similar golfing-related communications.
7. Limitation of Liability
