Booking sessions
What is a group session like?
90 minutes of coaching with no more than 12 women, so the coach sees everyone. Every session is designed for women, and all abilities are welcome.
How much does a session cost?
From £20. Sessions at Branston and Chilli Dip are £20, and at The Beeches, Golf Kingdom and Tudor Park they're £22.50. Members pay less.
Can I move or cancel a session?
Yes, up to 24 hours before it starts. The easiest way is in the app.
What if I miss a session?
We can't refund missed sessions, because your booking holds a place that could have gone to someone else. If you can't make it, please move or cancel at least 24 hours before.
How do I get my member price?
Log in when you book on the website, or book in the app. Either way, your member price comes off automatically.
Do I need a membership to book?
No. Anyone can book a session and pay as you go. Find a session
Memberships and payments
What memberships are there?
Digital is £8.99 a month for our online programme. Physical is £149 a year for cheaper sessions and perks at your venue. Complete is £199 a year and includes everything. Compare memberships
How does the free month on Digital work?
Your first month is free, then it's £8.99 a month. Cancel before the free month ends and you won't pay anything. It's one free month per person.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. It renews at the end of each period until you cancel.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel any time, as long as it's at least 7 days before your renewal date. We can't refund part of a period you've already started.
Points
How do I earn points?
Everyone with an account earns points. You get 15 points for every session, and 1 point for every £1 you spend on programmes and events.
What are my points worth?
100 points is worth £1 off.
Why can't I spend my points?
Points can be spent by members. Join any membership and you can spend them. On Digital, your points unlock after your first month.
What happens to my points if I leave?
They're kept on hold. Rejoin and they're yours to spend again.
The app
What can I do in the app?
Book, move and cancel sessions, spend your points, chat with other ladies in the Clubhouse, and ask the LLG Assistant anything.
How do I sign in?
Use the same email address you booked with, and your bookings and points will be there.
Where do I get the app?
It's free on the App Store and Google Play. Search for Ladies Love Golf, or use the links on this page.
Trips
How do I book a trip?
Pay the deposit to hold your place. The full price is shown on every trip. See our trips
Are flights included in trips?
No. You book your own flights, so you can fly from the airport that suits you. From the moment you arrive, we've got everything covered.
Can I get my deposit back?
Deposits aren't refundable, but we can sometimes move yours to another trip. Just ask us.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend it. It covers things like flights, health and cancellations, which we can't.
Will I get a ticket?
No ticket needed. When you arrive, just give us your name and the email you booked with.
Golf School
Who is Golf School for?
Women playing off a handicap of about 12 to 26 who want to take shots off their game.
How much is it?
£5,495 per person. A £995 deposit holds your place and isn't refundable. LLG Physical and Complete members save £200. See the dates
